Answer: Normally we expect the paper no more than 5 pages. If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the extra fee will be required. Except the best papers, most papers are strictly required to be no more than 8 pages.

Answer: Each account could handle 3 papers at most.

Question: Can I submit the paper to other journals or conferences?

Answer: No, you can't.If your paper was accepted by the Conference Organizing Committee, the copyright of your paper would be transferred to journals.and indexed by EI Compendex.

Question: Could someone without papers attend the conference?

Answer: Yes, you are welcome to attend the conference. For the sake of convenience, you'd better pay the registration fee in advance.
